The State Library of Louisiana offers online homework assistance at http:// homeworkla.org/.
The Middle and High School have partnered with Paper to provide unlimited access to trained tutors so every student can ask questions, work through problems, and grow their confidence—at no cost to families.
Paper is an online, on-demand tutoring service that provides students with unlimited, 24/7 academic support. Whether they’re stuck on homework, studying for a test, or need someone to read and make suggestions to their writing, there will always be experts available online to assist students one-on-one in all subject areas and in more than 4 languages. See Paper FAQs to learn more.
Paper tutors have been specially trained to conduct expert, academic support in a secure, chat-based platform. With a commitment to helping students learn, they’ll never give students answers, but rather facilitate deeper learning by asking guiding questions and providing timely encouragement.
Paper tutors act as 24/7 teaching assistants, so teachers can allocate instructional time effectively knowing their students always have an extra helping hand. Teachers are always able to review student sessions to identify learning gaps and adjust their instruction as needed.

The Learning Resources Center (LRC) is a tutoring service created for Willow Middle and High Schools with the goal of improving student achievement and boosting test scores. The LRC provides a valuable educational resource by offering free tutoring sessions in every major subject area.
The LRC is housed in room 320 on the high school side of the Freret campus. Tulane University provides the tutors who join forces with Willow faculty and students to create an interactive learning experience with one-on-one assistance and instruction. View the tutor schedule above to see which subjects are supported on which days.
The LRC opens in room 320 immediately after school on Mondays-Thursdays from 3:35-5PM. The LRC is closed on Fridays. Please note that the LRC is a separate program from After Care. The LRC offers free academic assistance, but it is not intended for supervision of students waiting for transportation.
No advance sign up is required. Students may simply show up! When feasible, it is recommended that students plan ahead by viewing the tutor schedule above and trying to show up on a day when multiple tutors are available for the subject in which help is needed. Tutors are paired with students on a first-come-first-served basis.
