    Lusher Honors Class of 2020 with Unique Senior Stroll

    In a year when it was impossible for graduates to sit shoulder-to-shoulder in an auditorium packed with cheering families, Lusher came up with a once-in-a-lifetime alternative for our Class of 2020. On Saturday afternoon (May 23rd), Lusher staff, teachers, students, friends, and families lined the Uptown streets surrounding both campuses, and cheered a parade of cars carrying our graduates and their families to their diplomas. The parade route ended at the Freret campus, where teachers and staff screamed and High School Principal Dr. Steven Corbett waited for them  to (safely) award them the diploma they’ve worked so hard for. It was a magical day, and hopefully one these new alums won’t soon forget.
