Fundraisers

Our school has many long-standing, annual traditions to bring our community together. One such tradition is the adult-only Willow Soiree.

Another special event is the annual Block Party hosted by The Willow School’s PTSA and Arts Department. The event showcases K-12 Arts with student performances and often features a sneak peek at the High School musical.

City Park Fun Night is a great family event celebrated each Fall under the beautiful oaks at City Park's Carousel Gardens.

The Willow School Fun Run is a PTSA fundraiser and school community event for students grades K-4. A student favorite, it is a day of fun, physical activity, school spirit and celebrating with our Willow School family. Each class competes against other classes on their grade level to see who can run the most collective laps around the Brees Family Field on the High School campus (Kindergarten and First Grade run a smaller track within the field). Students raise funds by getting sponsors from family and friends for each lap they run. The winning class gets bragging rights and a cookie cake!

Holiday Collection for Families in Need: Each year The Willow School collects for some families in our school community that have financial strain and struggle during the holidays. Our social workers identify those families and what gifts are requested. Thanks to all who have supported our Holiday Giving campaign in previous years.

We appreciate your support. Donations for holiday giving may be made online at a link shared with the community each winter. Checks should be made out to The Willow School PTSA if you would like to send in a donation with your child.  In addition, the Middle School has a long-standing tradition of collecting donations in person.

Our Willow School families, students and staff have always been very generous in supporting our school community and we hope that we can count on you to continue this tradition.

The Willow Crawfish Boil is the centerpiece of all beloved community events at The Willow School. Held each Spring, it is a day to celebrate our community with good food, music, student performances and camaraderie. It's the BEST Saturday of the year!
