The Willow School reserves the right to remove, move or add additional assessment dates if needed to meet capacity.

If for any reason your child is unable to be assessed on his/her assigned date, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the admissions office by the next available school day following the missed assessment date.

Accommodation requests and supporting documentation must be received by the registration deadline. Please contact the Admissions Office if assistance is needed. 

If a student wishes to request accommodations for the eligibility assessment, The Willow School must receive a copy of the current Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Individualized Accommodations Plan (IAP), an evaluation or a 504 Plan before the registration deadline of their scheduled assessment date (see assessment calendar). This is necessary in order to have the accommodations in place for the assessment.
