The Willow School is a founding member of the New Orleans Athletic League which is the premier middle school athletic league in the Greater New Orleans area. Nineteen Independent, Catholic, and Charter schools compete in over 14 sports. Willow Middle School students have the opportunity to participate in the following sports: cross country, flag football (5th/6th), tackle football (7th/8th), cheerleading, swimming, volleyball, basketball, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, golf, tennis, track and field, and softball.
