Act 674
Enacts R.S.17:24.4(F)(7)(c)-(i) and 406.9(B)(15) to require the Louisiana Department of Education to post on its website by August 1 of each year a statewide mandated assessment schedule for administration during the upcoming school year, beginning August 1, 2026. Each public school governing authority shall maintain on its website the assessment scheduling information received from the Louisiana Department of Education and, no later than November 1 of each school year, shall post on its website a schedule of all locally adopted or required assessments to be administered that year. Specific information about each locally adopted or required benchmark shall also be provided. (Eff. 6/2/26).
