The Willow Lower School

Ms. Bates and her Busy Bees celebrated Apple Day throughout the week recently.  The students learned about how apples grow and the parts of the apple.  The Busy Bees excitedly talked about how important bees are for growing apples.  They conducted a taste test to compare different kinds of apples and wrote about their favorite apple.  Apple butter and applesauce were also available for tasting.  They wrapped up their unit producing apple art.
