The Willow Middle School Theatre Troupe is proud to present its Spring production, The Book of Dog by Jiggs Burgess—a heartfelt and uplifting story that celebrates connection, purpose, and the extraordinary bond between humans and their pets.

This charming play follows Marvin, a stray dog who discovers his name—and ultimately his purpose—after being welcomed into a human family. As Marvin navigates the ups and downs of his new life, he not only finds where he belongs, but also transforms the lives of those around him. Through humor, warmth, and touching moments, The Book of Dog explores the “chapters” of a dog’s life and their unwavering loyalty to the people they love.

Performed by a talented cast of Willow students, this production highlights the creativity, dedication, and collaborative spirit of our theatre program. Audiences can expect an engaging performance filled with heart, laughter, and meaningful storytelling.

Evening performances are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday - April 16, 17, &1 8 at 7pm.

All shows are in the Marsalis Auditorium.
