The Willow Class of 2023 were the special guests at the Lower School Morning Meeting today. We celebrated them with blue and gold spirit, special graduation hats made by the kindergarteners, and, of course, the singing of "Learning the Willow Way," led by Mr. Barrau. We all wish them well as they officially graduate next week!

Seniors’ last day of class is THIS FRIDAY, May 5! It is a late-arrival B Day and we have a special assembly and end of school day event planned to honor the last day of your high school journey! We will be Second Lining the seniors out of classrooms beginning around 3:15 tomorrow to the front steps for countdown and dismissal at 3:35. Parents/guardians are welcome to watch from just outside the gate.

Willow School senior, William Xi, has been selected by 826 New Orleans as a "Pizza Poet Laureate." William's contest entry, "Beginning," was selected and will be featured on pizza boxes throughout New Orleans today, on Pizza Poetry Day. We would love for as many families and staff as possible to go out and purchase pizza at a participating pizzeria and support our Willow School poet on this day. Willow Lacrosse will be playing in the Final Four for the Division 2 Championship today (April 28) in Lafayette. The # 2 seed Lions face Holy Cross with the winner advancing to the Division 2 Championship on Saturday.
