Tomorrow (Dec. 19th) is Festive Wacky Tacky Day. Show your school spirit by wearing your favorite holiday gear. Wear your favorite holiday sweater, holiday pajamas, decorate your clothing with the best tacky accessories, have fun!




Imaginative problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration at its finest! 5th-grade theater ended the quarter by creating Fairytale Shadow Puppet Shows!

Happy Hanukkah! Students in Ms. Maldonado's class learned how to play dreidel. Dreidel is a game using a small four-sided spinning top with a Hebrew letter on each side.

All of our 5th graders had a reflection lesson with the educators from Sunship Earth last Friday. Thank you to the Sunship Earth Team for all of their help with the students. It was a memorable educational experience for them!

Our 5th graders are participating in NaNoWriMo this month. Through NaNoWriMo, our 5th graders will write a novel! They track their progress, set milestones, connect with other writers, and of course- write a novel!
