Students in Ms. Robinson's Spanish class created biography posters of influential people in Hispanic and Latin American history. We loved learning new facts and interesting information about many important leaders in history.

The Mayor's Office of Youth and Families' 2023 Mayor For a Day Essay Contest is now accepting submissions through Oct. 30. The program aims to foster and encourage leadership in young people living in New Orleans. New Orleans youth ages 11 to 18 are invited to write essays about what New Orleans would be like if they were Mayor for a day. Three winners will be selected and given the opportunity to be sworn in and shadow the Mayor for a day. Tomorrow, Oct. 12, our middle school will celebrate National School Lunch Week. Parents are invited to have lunch with students during this event. We will have student performances and lots of delicious food! This year's theme is LEVEL UP! Please see the schedule below for lunch times.
