Blast off with Willow Middle School!

Spooky experiments in Ms. Mandons science class today! Students wrote a hypothesis about each experiment and tested to find the results.

In the Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Design and Modeling course for 5th graders, the students are challenged with creating a prototype of an ankle foot orthosis. During the design process, the students experience and reflect on the steps they take, the decisions they make, and the roles they play on the team.

Congratulations to Tallulah Michalopoulos for her winning art design on the 2024 Block Party t-shirt! It is for sale on the Block Party website. Stay tuned for more great artwork from the winners of our art competition! https://willowschoolptsa.membershiptoolkit.com/store/product/BLK-SHIRT

Willow Middle School 6th Grade Girl Scout Troop 46051, led by co-leaders Brittney Dayeh and Elizabeth Sepanik, traveled to San Antonio, Texas over Fall Break. The Scouts used money they fundraised through cookie sales and Lower School Daughter Choice Dances to visit the Alamo, Riverwalk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Briscoe Western Art Museum, and SeaWorld, where they slept overnight in the penguin exhibit. Everyone also enjoyed viewing the many Dia de los Muertos displays around the city. Thanks to Willow parents Lana Charles, Lisa Collins, and Nicole Eiden for chaperoning this very memorable trip!
